সিটিজেন ডেভেলপমেন্ট সোসাইটি (সিডিএস) একটি সমাজকল্যাণমূলক, অলাভজনক ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী প্রতিষ্ঠান। সমাজের অবহেলিত, সুবিধা-বঞ্চিত এবং দরিদ্র মানুষের জীবনযাত্রার মান উন্নয়নের এক মহান ব্রত নিয়ে আমাদের এই পথচলা শুরু হয়। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, প্রতিটি নাগরিকের সুশিক্ষা, সুস্বাস্থ্য এবং একটি নিরাপদ পরিবেশে বেঁচে থাকার অধিকার রয়েছে।
প্রতিষ্ঠার পর থেকে সিডিএস শিক্ষা প্রসার, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা নিশ্চিতকরণ, সামাজিক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি এবং সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠার লক্ষ্যে নিরলসভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা তৃণমূল পর্যায়ে কাজ করে সমাজের প্রকৃত সমস্যাগুলো চিহ্নিত করে এবং সেগুলো সমাধানের জন্য যুগোপযোগী পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করে।
আমরা যুবসমাজকে অনুপ্রাণিত করি যাতে তারা দেশ গঠনে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করতে পারে। ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য একটি সুন্দর, বৈষম্যহীন ও স্বনির্ভর বাংলাদেশ গড়ার প্রত্যয়ে আমাদের এই কার্যক্রম চলমান থাকবে।
Citizen Development Society (CDS) is a social welfare, non-profit, and voluntary organization. Our journey began with a noble mission to improve the living standards of the neglected, underprivileged, and poor people in society. We believe every citizen has the right to Quality Education, Health and Well-being, and a safe environment.
Since its inception, CDS has been working tirelessly to promote education, ensure healthcare, raise social awareness, and establish good governance. Our volunteers work at the grassroots level to identify real social problems and take appropriate steps to solve them.
We inspire the youth to play an active role in nation-building. Our activities will continue with the determination to build a beautiful, discrimination-free, and self-reliant Bangladesh for the future generation.
নাগরিকদের অধিকার, দায়িত্ব ও সামাজিক অংশগ্রহণ সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা; সুশিক্ষা, সুশাসন, সুস্বাস্থ্য, সুনাগরিক ও উন্নত বাংলাদেশ গড়ার লক্ষ্যে উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে স্থানীয় জনগোষ্ঠীর জীবনমান উন্নয়নে কাজ করা। To make citizens aware of their rights, responsibilities, and social participation; and to improve the living standards of local communities through quality education, healthcare, good governance, and developmental activities.
সুশিক্ষা, সুশাসন, সুস্বাস্থ্য, সুনাগরিক ও উন্নত বাংলাদেশ গড়ার লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে একটি সচেতন, ন্যায়ভিত্তিক ও দায়িত্বশীল সমাজ গড়ে তোলা। To build a conscious, justice-based, and responsible society by ensuring quality education, good governance, healthcare, human values, and sustainable development.
গঠনতন্ত্রের ধারা ২৬ (শৃংখলা ও আচরণবিধি) অনুযায়ী সিডিএস যেসব নীতি মেনে চলে। The principles CDS adheres to according to Article 26 (Code of Conduct) of the constitution.
ধর্ম, বর্ণ, লিঙ্গ বা সামাজিক অবস্থানের ভিত্তিতে কোনো বৈষম্য করা হবে না। No discrimination will be made on the basis of religion, race, gender, or social status.
দুর্নীতি, স্বজনপ্রীতি ও ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। Corruption, nepotism, and abuse of power are strictly prohibited.
নারী, শিশু ও প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর প্রতি সম্মানজনক আচরণ নিশ্চিত করা হবে। Respectful behavior towards women, children, and marginalized communities will be ensured.
